Your Neckless

Several days ago Nora somehow found, played with, and broke a necklace that Griffin made in preschool.  It was a plaster shamrock coated in green paint and glitter, and it was strung on a green ribbon.

Clearly he has no use for a sparkly green shamrock necklace now.  But of course as soon as he discovered his little sister had broken it, he was very upset.

Monday morning as I was getting ready for the day, I heard Nora talking to her biggest brother Nolan.  She asked him to help her write a letter to Griffin.  He did help her, and this is what they came up with:

Oh, my mama heart just melted.

Let's review:  Nora remembered a wrong act she had committed (albeit by accident), she asked for help, Nolan agreed to help his little sister, those two children wrote a fantastic apology letter, and Griffin accepted the apology.

They got it right.

Now how long do you think I have to wait for all those pieces to fall into place again?
